How do I get started with VokiAI?
Sign up and start using basic features for free. We recommend starting with the "Quick Start Guide" — you can complete your first AI chat and document translation in just 5 minutes.
Which browsers are supported?
We support the latest two major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. For a smoother experience, we recommend using Chrome.
How is data security ensured?
SaaS mode uses complete tenant data isolation, SSL encrypted transmission, and IP whitelist access control. Private mode stores data entirely within your intranet. The platform has completed ICP filing (Hu ICP Bei No. 2023002838-14) and police network filing (Hu Gong Wang An Bei No. 31010602009396).
What document formats are supported for import?
We support PDF, Word, PPT, Excel, TXT, Markdown, HTML, and other mainstream formats, as well as web URL collection and API data source integration.
Is there a knowledge base capacity limit?
Free plan allows 1 knowledge base, Team allows 5, Enterprise and Enterprise Premium are unlimited. There is no limit on documents per knowledge base.
How accurate is RAG retrieval?
We use a triple mechanism of dense retrieval + sparse retrieval + re-ranking, with AI outputs that include source citations. Combined with enterprise glossaries, accuracy in specialized domains is further improved.
What languages are supported for translation?
Deep CN-JP-EN trilingual translation (context-level optimization), plus general translation for 38 languages.
How good is the layout preservation?
1:1 reproduction of the original layout including fonts, colors, tables, and image positions — ready to use without manual adjustments.
How do I configure an enterprise glossary?
Upload a terminology comparison table (Excel format supported) in the admin panel. The system will automatically match and apply your enterprise-specific terms during translation.
What meeting formats are supported?
We support one-click online meetings, importing local audio/video files (MP3/MP4/WAV, etc.), and inviting attendees via meeting links.
How accurate is voiceprint recognition?
Voiceprint recognition accuracy of approximately 95% in quiet environments (internal testing). We recommend registering attendee voiceprints before meetings for better accuracy.
What export formats are available for meeting minutes?
We support copying Markdown text and exporting Word documents, including complete meeting records, summaries, and action items.
What hardware is needed for private deployment?
GPU computing servers (NVIDIA PRO 6000 recommended), application servers, and storage devices are required. Specific configurations depend on user scale — we provide complete deployment plans.
How long does deployment take?
Standard private deployment takes 2-4 weeks, including environment preparation, system deployment, data migration, testing, acceptance, and training.
Is hybrid deployment supported?
Yes. You can place non-sensitive operations on the SaaS platform and confidential data operations in a private environment, with unified management across both.
